Formula One championship tables

edit

Hi 75.186.4.43 and welcome to Wikipedia. You may have noticed that I have reverted several of your recent edits. The convention of the Formula One WikiProject is to not highlight drivers who can still win the championship in the championship tables. If you have any questions, feel free to ask either here or at my talk page. Regards. DH85868993 (talk) 06:02, 16 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to 2008 Formula One World Championship does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Because you failed to provide an edit summary and there was no obvious reason for the edit I have undone the change.

Renaming races

edit

Why are you renaming the race titles from SIL1 and SIL2 to just SIL for example? FozzieHey (talk) 19:10, 29 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Most laps led in tables

edit

Please stop removing the asterisks from race result tables, as you did to Alexander Rossi's page. The asterisks signify that a driver led the most laps in the race, as noted by the table template seen here. --Bcschneider53 (talk) 12:46, 13 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Bcschneider53: Really don't bother, this IP refuses to use talk pages and doesn't pay attention to them. Maybe we should ask an admin to block them with a reason of "read your talk page". I've seen it happen a few times before. FozzieHey (talk) 15:58, 13 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
