Hello, I'm Aspening. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Risë Stevens seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Aspening (talk) 00:56, 9 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please do not attack other editors. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Aspening (talk) 01:00, 9 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please stop

edit

The reason I was reverting your edits was because they were not written in a neutral point of view. Please do not call me an "idiot" or "nitwit." Aspening (talk) 01:04, 9 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

If you're not the classic wikipedia nitwit, then I don't what in the world you would be. There's nothing I said that is not already in all the (decent) obituaries of Stevens. Dope.

Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Risë Stevens. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. {{u|zchrykng}} {T|C} 01:38, 9 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Insults

edit

It is against wikipedia policy to call editors, even those you disagree with, (and even vandals), names ("idiot", "nitwit", "dope"), see WP:NPA. Tornado chaser (talk) 01:51, 9 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

No, you will not be allowed to call your fellow editors "idiots" and "nitwits". No, that is not allowed. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 01:52, 9 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
