Welcome!
editHello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions, such as the ones you made to Bouncer (doorman). I hope you like the place and decide to stay.

You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but if you wish to acquire additional privileges, you can simply create a named account. It's free, requires no personal information, and lets you:
- Create new pages and rename pages
- Edit semi-protected pages
- Upload images
- Have your own watchlist, which shows when articles you are interested in have changed
Note that in order for the first three features to be available, you must have had an account for a certain number of days and made a certain number of edits.
If you edit without using a named account, your IP address (68.132.193.67) is used to identify you instead.
I hope that you, as a Wikipedian, decide to continue contributing to our project: an encyclopedia of human knowledge that anyone can edit. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, or you can to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. We also have an intuitive guide on editing if you're interested. By the way, please make sure to sign and date your talk page comments with four tildes (~~~~).
Happy editing! HiLo48 (talk) 00:57, 29 August 2019 (UTC)
Managing a conflict of interest
editHello, 68.132.193.67. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Westchester Community College or College Board, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See WP:PAID.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 17:23, 19 September 2019 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

editHi. I reverted your edit of J. C. Penney in the Palisades Center article because the spelling you preferred "JCPenney", is a stylization, and not the proper name of the company, as clearly indicated in that company's Wikipedia article, as well as the title of that article. Thanks. Nightscream (talk) 16:05, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
- No problem. Sorry about that. 68.132.193.67 (talk) 19:34, 11 June 2020 (UTC)68.132.193.67

edit Hello, I'm Blablubbs. I noticed that in this edit to Palisades Center, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Blablubbs (talk) 19:07, 11 July 2020 (UTC)
Notification
editHi, just wanted to notify you that I replied to your message on my talk page. Best, Blablubbs (talk) 19:39, 11 July 2020 (UTC)

editPlease add Justin Amash back to the list of Republicans opposing Trump. The list is those who served as a Republican or who switched in 2016 or later. Please add back. Lima Bean Farmer (talk) 20:23, 24 September 2020 (UTC)
- Hello, I apologize. I did not see this: "Among them are former Republicans who left the party in 2016 or later due to their opposition to Trump, those who held office as a Republican, Republicans who endorsed a different candidate, and Republican presidential primary election candidates that announced opposition to Trump as the presumptive nominee."
- Thus Amash is eligible to be on the list. Sorry about that.

editWelcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Driver's licenses in the United States, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Heart (talk) 02:31, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
