Now and then

edit

You wrote about Dubois: "his Toccata in G (1889), for the organ, is also heard now and then". What does "now and then" mean, here and in general? I heard the toccata in our rather small parish church last Saturday as a postlude for the Easter Vigil. I conclude that "now and then" is too "small" in a way, or are we exceptional? Typically there are no records of liturgical use, should I create one? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 11:48, 29 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
