Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Simla Convention. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to lose their editing privileges on that page. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to result in loss of your editing privileges. Thank you. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
And what are you doing? none of my edits are false or made in bad faith. None are not even denied by any scholar yet you are reverting my edits yourself. You however claimed the convention "was made into effect" despite that is pov pushing without any consensus and even contradicted by British laws. You are the one who deletes Neville Maxwell report and I am the one to undelete it and explain why it's highly relevant to the topic and factual. But let's take this to talk page and discuss. That is the only thing I do agree with you there :) 49.195.183.131 (talk) 22:25, 27 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

ARBIPA sanctions alert

edit

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Please use the talk page of the article to discuss the issues and obtain WP:CONSENSUS. If you continue to edit-war, you are liable to be sanctioned. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 17:38, 27 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
Even your notice is not really applicable here. This article is about Tibet and the British government and china. Maybe the sanction applies but that would be really really far fetched considering that sanction was actually created because Indian nationalists and Pakistan nationalists kept arguing bitterly over Kashmir and other more modern issues. This topic is way outside of that area both in time and geography. But nonetheless, I am not here to cause trouble but disagree with info that is not true such as claiming that Simla convention was legitimately "made into effect" despite even the British government rejected it on day one. You yourself was pushing a pov there, that is even contradicted by the official British gov narrative who have always claimed consistently that china had suzerainty over tibet and hence cany contracts without chinese signatures, would not be constitutional according to British own foreign policy laws. Since surzeinty means that they need chinese gov permission for any contracts or dealings with tibet. And I am willing to properly discuss on talk page and even allow 72 hours of zero response before making edits again. So I am hardly even breaking this sanction EVEN if it actually applies to me which I am pretty sure it most likely doesn't.49.195.183.131 (talk) 22:15, 27 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
