Intellectual property concerns

Your concerns are not going to the right place. Wikipedia describes many software products, but if there is a problem with their use and distribution, I think you mentioned Microsoft should contact you, or you need to contact whoever is using the code inappropriately. Wikipedia just writes articles about software. It is not the place to address a grievance. Continued disruption of Wikipedia will only serve to get you blocked from editing.
