Request reason:

The previous blocks to this IP address are not familiar to me and not subjects/topics that I have any interest in. I don’t who was using my IP address or how this occurred. The most recent block came without any warning or discussion. I may have made a mistake but I need help, advice, guidance or assistance rather than a straight up 8 month block please, if I am to make much of any progress. If you go to the Wikipedia page for “The Microphones - Band” it lists Dennis Driscoll as a former member of the band. This is me, Dennis Holway Driscoll. I have albums out and articles written about me but at some point an editor deleted my Wikipedia page, quite suddenly and rather permanently. If you look up Dennis Driscoll on “All Music Guide” it has something of a biography. I am published on iTunes, Spotify etc. I am not trying to promote myself on here, only trying to reinstate a “notable” article.

Decline reason:

If you know nothing about the reasons for the block, you should request an account at WP:ACC so you can avoid being affected by blocks meant to target others.
