Re:Storm related fatalities edit

Yes, downed wires electrocuting someone is storm-related, because the downed wire was caused by the storm. In this case, it would be an indirect fatality, because the downed wire was caused by the storm, but a guy getting electrocuted was not directly caused by the storm, but still related to the storm.
