Request reason:
Why I am blocked? I have only reported a user who calls me a dog. 2.4.121.116 (talk) 23:55, 28 May 2019 (UTC)
Decline reason:
I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 00:14, 29 May 2019 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Stop trying to stalk and harass Ahmedo Semsurî — it's not going to work out for you. El_C 23:58, 28 May 2019 (UTC)
- @El_C this is not stalking. Everyone can see the User contributions of a User here. I saw his edits and think they are disruptive, that’s all. And then he calls me a dog. 2.4.121.116 (talk) 00:03, 29 May 2019 (UTC)
- You and a bunch of other IPs are following him around and trying to get him into trouble — and I'll be having none of it. El_C 00:05, 29 May 2019 (UTC)
- I think the block is unjustified. Everyone can see their contributions here and he is active everywhere. I saw his contributions and found them only as disturbing. and that he calls me a dog is not nice either.2.4.121.116 (talk) 00:10, 29 May 2019 (UTC)

![]() | This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
