I conceived of the towed array and wrote the initiating document. I aiso supervised the evaluation and writing of the operational use document.

- Wikipedia content must be based on reliable published sources. If no such sources exist, Wikipedia cannot have the content. If "towed array" refers to sonar, I'm pretty sure there will be lots of books discussing the technology and its applications. Huon (talk) 01:29, 13 May 2016 (UTC)
