Information icon Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Materialscientist (talk) 01:27, 7 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

May 2017 edit

Hello, I'm Alex Cohn. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Scandinavia— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

June 2017 edit

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Cheick Tioté, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. February 2018 edit

Hello, I'm Donner60. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Alevism, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Donner60 (talk) 05:17, 1 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

I am striking my original message. The link shows me that there are references available for your edit and your edit was in good faith. I will look at this though it may be later today or early tomorrow. I do think that one or two of the references should be cited in line with Wikipedia guidelines and to prevent any further questioning of the point you wish to add.
Even though I will look at this further, you may find that Wikipedia guideline and policy pages will help you to write for or edit Wikipedia and can provide information about referencing and footnoting. In the long run, it is better for the project if you continue to add content and references yourself.
