editHello, I'm FlightTime. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, The Division Bell, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. - FlightTime (open channel) 18:26, 25 February 2020 (UTC)
Please stop adding unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did on The Final Cut (album). This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. - FlightTime (open channel) 18:30, 25 February 2020 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia. - FlightTime (open channel) 18:36, 25 February 2020 (UTC)
Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
Edit summary content is visible in:
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Your recent edits have been reported as disruptive. You are lucky that I don't know enough about the music scene to be able to tell! But failure to explain future changes or to provide reliable sources to justify them might well result in further action being taken. Nick Moyes (talk) 22:49, 25 February 2020 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
