Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at List of demonyms for US states and territories. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Stop changing this. That column is explicitly for the USGPO term. Meters (talk) 22:23, 1 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Do not use multiple IP addresses to disrupt Wikipedia, like you did at List of demonyms for US states and territories. Such attempts to avoid detection, circumvent policies or evade blocks or sanctions will not succeed. You are welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, but your recent edits have been reverted or removed. If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Enough. You have made this edit multiple times using various IPs. Next one gets you put up for a block. Anonymous users from this IP address have been blocked temporarily from editing for persistently making disruptive edits.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Ad Orientem (talk) 20:52, 2 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
If this is a shared IP address and you are an uninvolved editor with a registered account, you may continue to edit by logging in.
As I wrote Next one gets you put up for a block. Lying about the reference does not help. It is not a 50-year-old reference as you claimed. It is clearly from 2016. And it does not support your preferred version, as you claimed. Page 95 in the cited section, §5.23, clearly says "In designating the natives of the States, the following forms will be used. ... Connecticuter". Meters (talk) 21:02, 2 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
