I noticed that you have concerns about being abused because of your use of an IP. Obviously, you have a right to use them. OTOH, the obvious and easily available cure is to get an account. Hypothetically, if you did that and the (alleged) pattern of harassment continues, that would bolster your case. But it's your privilege and your call.
