editPlease do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. [1] [2] [3]
Hello 14.140.90.214. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:
- editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
- participating in deletion discussions about articles related to you, your organization or its competitors; and
- linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies. For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. MER-C 10:53, 9 November 2011 (UTC)

editHello! I'm a bot created by another Wikipedia editor. I wanted to let you know that I removed a link that you recently added to the page Aamir Khan here. I did this because Wikipedia guidelines suggest that http://www.bollywoodlife.com/news-gossip/aamir-khan-and-kiran-rao-have-a-baby-boy/ is probably not a reliable source for an encyclopedia.
We appreciate your help in making Wikipedia better for everyone. If I made a mistake, feel free to undo my edit. If you have any questions, you can ask at the Help desk.
Thank you! --XLinkBot (talk) 09:06, 5 December 2011 (UTC) If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, please ignore this notice.

I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more of the external links you added to the page Kiran Rao, because they did not seem to meet our definition of appropriate links. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before adding it again.

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Peter Gethin. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Holkar Cricket Stadium. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
I did this because Wikipedia guidelines suggest that http://www.cricketcountry.com/cricket-articles/Virender-Sehwag-scores-a-double-hundred-breaks-Sachin-Tendulkar-s-record/8823 is probably not a reliable source for an encyclopedia.

edit Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Zee Cine Awards do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia.
