You see to pass the wp:notability issues, we need to find notable sources like official reviews from gaming or the ones who review anime series. Try Anime News Network, Kotaku or similar sources to the ones used Narukami's article. However, since the Japanese episodes have not been released in English regions, it might be difficult to find more of those sources. When I created Yu's article, there was a lot of focus on the Persona 4 anime with Yong Bosch even making an explanation about how difficult was voicing him. I would recommend you to edit Joker's section by adding reception there until it is enough to create an article.
