Welcome! edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia!

Someone using this IP address, 101.180.130.205, has made edits to Hughesy, We Have a Problem that do not conform to our policies and therefore have been reverted. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the syntax, please do so in the sandbox rather than in articles. If you did not do this, you may wish to consider getting a username to avoid confusion with other editors.

You don't have to log in to read or edit pages on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free, requires no personal information, and has many benefits. Without a username, your IP address is used to identify you.

Some good links for newcomers are:

Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and a timestamp. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask the Help Desk, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.

Again, welcome! Daiyusha (talk) 10:29, 23 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

Collapse stale warnings and blocks

March 2018 edit

Do not use multiple IP addresses to vandalize Wikipedia, like you did at Have You Been Paying Attention?. Such attempts to avoid detection or circumvent the blocking policy will not succeed. You are welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia but your recent edits have been reverted or removed. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Nzd (talk) 08:57, 24 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

April 2018 edit

Please stop adding unreferenced or poorly referenced biographical content, especially if controversial, to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Neroli Meadows. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. 4TheWynne(talk)(contribs) 11:53, 13 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

May 2018 edit

Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Peter Helliar. Thank you. Nigos (t@lk Contribs) 09:49, 5 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you blank out or remove content from Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Rove McManus. Jim1138 (talk) 07:48, 19 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
This user has been blanking out and removing content from Wikipedia and has recently done it to Tegan Higginbotham with this edit and seems to be happening often and done deliberately. Clearly, this person has been warned enough times. Does this person hate TV comedy shows and comedians? Is it time to block or suspend this person's account, Jim1138, t@lk? June 2018 edit

Hello, I'm Ifnord. I noticed that you recently removed content from Nikki Webster without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.   You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Gabrielle Simpson. It appears you are removing huge numbers of references to Australia from biographies without explaining why. Please stop. Ifnord (talk) 00:08, 8 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

WP:COLOR edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to Hughesy, We Have a Problem, contributed colours that may cause accessibility problems for users with certain types of visual disabilities. We aim to use colours that meet the WCAG AAA standard for accessibility. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines on this subject, which can be found at WP:COLOR; this page provides further information about contributing AAA-compliant colours to this encyclopedia. For information specific to templates used in articles about television, please also see Template talk:Infobox television season/Archive 3. If you only meant to experiment, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. -- AlexTW 04:33, 16 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Is there a source for her birthdate? If not, it should be removed per wp:BLP Thanks Jim1138 (talk) 05:21, 6 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Have you been paying attention? edit

If so, then you will have realised that information about guests on HYBPA has been removed from Wikipedia articles. Such appearances are not notable and usually just cross-promotional for Network Ten. Please do not add any more. They will just be removed anyway. WWGB (talk) 06:18, 9 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

August 2018 edit

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Anthony Mundine, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Keep changing his birthplace without a reliable source, and I'll keep reverting.
