Vandalizing well sourced articles and caste glorification

edit

Stop vandalizing the Bhoi dynasty and Govinda Vidyadhara articles. None of the sources mention them as karana. Go through the sources mentioned 1st. We'll allow you to mention them as karana if any new source that comes up mentions so. Solarson919 (talk) 07:06, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

You are doing vandalism, KC Panigrahi book says that he was Karina and other books says writer caste, you must have know Karan is a writer caste. 100to100 (talk) 07:15, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

They say he was an accountant of the Gajapati. None of the sources mention him as karana. On the other hand, the source mentioned in the original article mentions him as a Khandayat. The sources don't mention him "coming from the writer caste". Go through the sources before making edits. Else I'll have to tag the admins. Your main account has been banned for repeated vandalism. Don't come doing the same thing with a new account. Solarson919 (talk) 07:19, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

All reliable sources says that he belongs to writer caste, also KC Panigrahi's book mentioned as Karana 100to100 (talk) 07:25, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

You can't decide what sources are reliable and what aren't. KC panigrahi books says it's difficult to say if he was a karana or a Gouda. He doesn't attest a certain caste to him. Your edits are the definition of POV edits Solarson919 (talk) 07:29, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

All reliable sources says he belongs to writer caste, everyone knows Karanas are writer caste. Let's check to administrators which sources are reliable. 100to100 (talk) 07:34, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

https://books.google.co.in/books?id=BxRuAAAAMAAJ&q=Vidyadhara+Khandayat&dq=Vidyadhara+Khandayat&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiR3vD77JPwAhURXSsKHbf4A_YQ6AEwAHoECAMQAw here KC panigrahi himself has said Vidyadhara is a Khandayat title. No source explicitly mentions him as karana. Solarson919 (talk) 07:43, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Your source is unreliable, check below [1][2] 100to100 (talk) 07:47, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

[1] is unreliable. It's a self published book. [2] doesn't mention their caste Solarson919 (talk) 07:53, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Let's check these books by Administrator, then you can know which is unreliable 100to100 (talk) 07:55, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

I've given the source where KC panigrahi himself says Vidyadhara are Khandayat. There's no Bhoi caste and they're most certainly not karana. Bhoi is a title given to the chief accountant of the Gajapati. Solarson919 (talk) 08:00, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

It is true Bhoi is title given to writers or Accountants. But you must have know ancient time Karanas cloud worked as accountants being a writer caste. 100to100 (talk) 08:04, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Yes and no. But source you provided mentions Bhoi as a caste which is not true. So they're unreliable. All writers weren't karana. Govinda Vidyadhara was a Jena. Now don't tell me Jena is a karana title. Also nowhere in your mentioned sources does it mention the word "karana" Solarson919 (talk) 08:08, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Ancient times Karanas (writer caste) could worked as Accountants, so they were granted to Bhoi title. 100to100 (talk) 08:12, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Can you back up what you just said with any credible sources ? Solarson919 (talk) 12:12, 23 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
