Toronto

edit

Hello there. I was just wondering if there was a reason you keep changing the climate data for the Toronto article to climate data collected at Pearson Airport. As you probably know Pearson Airport isn't in Toronto, but in neighbouring Missassauga, and therefore climate data collected there isn't relevant to the city of Toronto. On the other hand the climate data you are removing was collected in The Annex where it is very relevant to Toronto. Canterbury Tail talk 02:12, 25 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

-40c:

Hi there, i have changed the climte data beacuse the information was not correct according to Enviroment Canada, The Page needed to go through some quality checks. Thank you.

That may be so, but data from Pearson Airport isn't the place for it as it's not in Toronto. And the data is sourced and seems to match that shown by Environment Canada in the sourced site. Canterbury Tail talk 11:25, 25 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
If you wish to change the climate data and source on the Toronto article, please discuss and obtain consensus to do so on the talk page. Canterbury Tail talk 17:15, 25 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Woodbridge, Ontario

edit

Hey, -40c. It looks like you were having a bit of a struggle with the infobox template at Woodbridge, Ontario. Your attempt to revert your edits removed content from the page, so I've restored it. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, feel free to use the sandbox. Thank you, and happy editing! haz (talk) 00:30, 31 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Found the culprit – there was another template in the page footer producing the duplicate. Should be OK now. haz (talk) 00:35, 31 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
If you just want to see how a snippet will look like when it's on a page, you can use Wikipedia:Sandbox – simply edit it like a normal page. Alternatively, you can create a subpage of your own (User:-40c/Sandbox) and do your testing there. Remember, you can always see how a page will look like before saving your changes to it, by simply using the preview button. haz (talk) 00:58, 31 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Nobleton

edit

Hi -40c; I've reverted one of your changes to Nobleton, Ontario (specifically, this one, because it contains incorrect info. None of the communities you listed are subdivisions of Nobleton - they are communities nearby to it, which is shown in the location box near the end of the article.
