Hello, I'm Zefr. An edit that you recently made to Olive seemed to be a test and has been removed. If you want to practice editing, please use the sandbox. Roman Empire

edit

Hi. Please take a look at Archive 11 at the Roman Empire talk page. The section entitled "Today part of" should help explain why lists of countries "once part of" the Roman Empire aren't helpful. Here's a link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Roman_Empire/Archive_11#Today_part_of

Thanks for reading this. It's always worth searching talk pages and talk page archives before embarking on such an enormous amount of work - or at least what I assume was an enormous amount of work for you. If something so huge isn't already in a high-level article, it's unlikely to have been because everyone but you forgot to add it. Haploidavey (talk) 10:04, 21 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Buddhism in Indonesia, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page West Papua. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Making changes at long standing pages

edit

Hello. I appreciate that you do make bold edits to long standing articles. But perhaps you should 'first' propose your changes on such articles. In many cases, those articles' status were the result of many RFCs. GoodDay (talk) 15:54, 14 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Following up on List of longest-reigning monarchs. You shouldn't be making changes to that page, until the RFC on the topic you're making changes to, has concluded & a consensus is reached. You really should involve yourself at that RFC in the talkpage. GoodDay (talk) 16:21, 16 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

@Peter Ormond:, as you can see, this editor isn't respecting what's going on at the RFC-in-question & is refusing to communicate with anybody, here or there. GoodDay (talk) 16:24, 16 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
