Non-free rationale for File:Code Name Whistler Beta 2 Microsoft.png

I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

Use of non-free media in templates

Per WP:NFCC #9, the use of non-free images, such as File:Windows logo - 2006.svg, is not permitted in templates, such as Template:Windows Vista. I've reverted your additions.
