Altaf Tadavi (born in 30 August 1999) known professionally as MC Stan is an Indian rapper, lyricist, music producer, and composer. Born and raised in Pune, Maharashtra, He gained popularity from his single track release, Khuja Mat (2018), "Tadipaar" album (2020). He produces his own beats for his songs, distinguishing him as one of the rare hip-hop artists in India with expertise in both music production and lyricism.
On 1 October 2022, MC Stan became the first Indian rapper to be featured BigBoss emerged to be the winner. He made his Bollywood debut with the hit song Farrey Title Track from the 2023 film Farrey. MC Stan is one of the artists from Pune and is credited for revolutionizing the Marathi genre of Hip hop music in Indian.

Altaf Tadavi was born in 30 August 1999 in Pune, Maharashtra in muslim family. He has two siblings. He grew up in the slums of pune.He comes from a lower-middle-class family.[1]

At the age of 12, He started engaging in Qawwali performances, and it was during his time in the 6th standard that his brother introduced him to the world of rap. Throughout his childhood, MC Stan immersed himself in the music of various American artists such as 50 Cent, Eminem, Young Thug, and Lil Wayne.He gained popularity from his single track release, Khuja Mat (2018), "Tadipaar" album (2020).He dropped collab song Nanchaku with seedhe maut. He dropped his album Insaan[2] featuring raftaar and Ikka Singh. He dropped Haath Varthi featuring Kshmr. MC Stan sign UMG’s global footprint across distribution, publishing, brands and more, directly facilitating the growth and reach of their artists worldwide.
He made his Bollywood debut with the hit song Farrey Title Track from the 2023 film Farrey. He has done ad with MS Dhoni [1]
