César Pando Egúsquiza (born in Lima, June 25, 1904 - died in Lima, December 26, 1967)[1] was a lieutenant colonel of the PA, Peruvian politician, and defender of oil[2].
Biography
editHis parents were César A. Pando Rocavedo and Amalia Egúsquiza. He attended high school at the First National College of Our Lady of Guadalupe; he entered the Chorrillos Military School, from where he graduated as part of the class of 1924 with the rank of second lieutenant in artillery.
Promoted to lieutenant, he served at the aforementioned school as an instructor. As a participant in the Superior War School-1931- he was awarded a diploma of Staff Officer and the benefit of further training in Europe in his branch.
