Addressing RFA issues and concerns
These issues were mentioned on my RFA. Time to start working on these.
- Signature is garish/distracting (oppose #1, support #118 and in few other comments).

Started at User:Titodutta/Admin recall (will improve in a few days) - CSD: (almost all oppose and neutral votes), I need to do more studies before starting works in WP:CSD area. —
Doing... contacted my admin coach 3 days ago to extend my admin coaching, see User:Moonriddengirl/Coaching#CSD. She is not active for last few days.
Am I missing something? Any suggestion? Post here

- Since you retired the flag from your signature, you may be interested in {{User Iowa Flag}}, which can be easily modified to create a new {{User India Flag}} if you are interested. I flew that on my user page for quite a long time and I don't recall receiving any complaints. You can see an example of the template in use at User:CTF83!. – Philosopher Let us reason together. 19:40, 20 January 2015 (UTC)
