Hidden Palace Zone is a level that was intended to appear in Sega Technical Institute's 1992 platform game Sonic the Hedgehog 2 but was scrapped before release.
Concept and design
editHidden Palace's remains were discovered within five months of the game's release and can be accessed by using a cheat device, such as an Action Replay.[1]
