Madeleine Daria Alizadeh (born 1989 in Vienna, Austria), known as DariaDaria, is an Austrian author, webvideo producer and entrepreneur.
Life and career
editMadeleine Daria Alizadeh, daughter of an Austrian mother and an Iranian father[1], grew up in Vienna, where she studied Political Science and Ethnology, among other subjects[2]. In 2017, Alizadeh founded her own fashion label dariadéh, which produces sustainable[3] and fair clothing[4].
Since September 2017[5], Alizadeh has been producing a podcast under the title a mindful mess, which has been a Spotify exclusive podcast since August 2019, alongside "Herrengedeck" and "Paardiologie"[6].
In August 2019, she published the book Starkes weiches Herz[7] [8] with publisher Ullstein Leben. In week 38/2019, the nonfiction book had the highest ranking 3 of the Literatur-Spiegel bestseller list of paperback nonfiction books, in which it was represented for a total of 14 weeks[9].
Alizadeh lives in Vienna and produces content about sustainable fashion[10], environmentalism and veganism[11]. She also runs an Instagram account[12].
