Surrey Was Born On October 5, 2004, In St. Joseph Hospital, London Ontario. He is the son of Lynne Markey and Brett Barnum. Surrey has diagnosed with autism when he was 2 years old.

At the age of 4 in a half, Surrey finishes western daycare in June 25th, 2009 (same year to Michael Jackson's death)

In September 7th, 2010, he moved in St. Paul Catholic Elementary School when he starts become an kindergarten.
