Marmora is a neighborhood in the greater district of Ocean City in Cape May County, New Jersey. As of the 2010 United States Census, the neighborhood's population was 7,659. The population estimate as of 2016 was 7,533, reflecting a decline of 126 (1.6%) since 2010.
Marmora is mostly suburban and rural in nature. Aside from the suburban core of Marmora centered at the intersection of Roosevelt Boulevard and Shore Road, other informal settlements include Beesley's Point, Palermo, Petersburg, Tuckahoe, and Steelmantown.

There were 2,824 households in Marmora as of 2010, reflecting an average household size of 2.71. 2,274 (80.5%) of these households could be considered families, with 1,790 (63.3%) being married-couple families.
