Jagadeeshwar Goud, born on 24 June 1975 was declared elected as CORPORATOR from Hafeezpet, Serilingampally Jagadeeshwar is a strong congress party worker for the past 15 years and served as General Secretary in Greater Hyderabad Congress Committee and also worked as Secretary for district congress committee Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad. Jagadeeshwar comes from a politically dedicated family with his father late shree Hari Shanker Patel having served as Former Sarpanch of Nallagandala Village Serilingampally striving extensively for the development of the represented village spanning a period of ten years. His father’s brother late Dr Mallikarjun was a former Union Minister and PCC President for Andhra Pradesh having worked in the congress party still his last breath.


Education and Profession

Jagadeeshwar grew up in Hyderabad and graduated as bachelor of Commerce B.COM from Badruka Degree College, jagdeeshwar pursued LLB at Pendikanti Law College and Post Graduated in MBA from Sister Niveditha College Hyderabad, Jagadeeshwar served as Advocate in City Civil Court Hyderabad during his practice he was elected as Executive Member Bar Council from 2003 -2004, He is in Public life for the past 15 years and is also founder of the NGO by name Sri Krishana Youth and Welfare Association formed in the year 2001.


Political career

On 26th November 2009, Jagadeeshwar was declared as Corporator from Hafeezpet Serilingampally constituency winning the elections with a landslide majority, making Congress party a stronghold at Serilingampally. He was elected as Member Standing Committee for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the year 2010 to 2011. Jagadeeshwar was appointed General Secretary of Greater Hyderabad Congress Committee in year 2008 and nominated as State executive member for Nehru Yuva Kendra Hyderabad, Ministry of Sports and youth affairs government of India 2008. He also served as Secretary Ranga Reddy District Congress Committee in the year 2002.


Struggle & Agitations

Conducted relay hunger strike for supply of manjeera drinking water against Telugu Desam Party government in the year 2004 for Nallagandala village. Filed a petition against Telugu Desam Party for preventing sale of government lands through public action & consequently stayed the auction at collector office.


Personal life

He is married in the year 2001 and has one son and one daughter.
