I am Showers. I am a proud Minnesotan and I am a naturally curious person. I have started editing on Wikipedia since 2006. I am an American of mainly Norwegian, Swedish, and German ancestry. I have some English and Irish ancestry as well.
Interests/Hobbies

My hobbies include reading, and learning as much as I can about the world.
- History (Pretty Much Any Era)
- Learning (I read textbooks for fun. yeah, yeah I know. I'm a nerd.)
- Reading (Science Fiction, Mysteries, Fantasy, Non-Fiction, Historical Fiction)
- Some of my Favorite Books (I have a huge library numbering in the thousands. I read alot)
- Anime/Manga (City Hunter, Cowboy Bebop, Full Metal Panic, Great Teacher Onizuka, Inuyasha, Kaze no Stigma, Ranma ½, Urusei Yatsura)
- Cooking (I suck at at it but I still enjoy it and that's what counts right?)
- Baseball (I love basesball. I don't really play anymore but I still watch. Favorite team is the Minnesota Twins of course.)
- Martial Arts (I'm a practioner of Karate. Thinking of taking up Tai Chi)
- Music (Classical especially, but Ill enjoy anything)
- Poetry (Yeah, I write poetry and read it too. I love Kipling and Basho especially)
