A few notes...
editThis is stemming from something that popped up on Talk:Warren Worthington III]...
First off, captions for images are supposed to include as much identifying information as possible. For comic book characters that means what is depicted as well as where the images was initially published and who did the art.
Second, looking at the edit summaries that both you and Sesshomaru left, "fix" is worse than nothing. The edit didn't "fix" anything since it removed information that is supposed to be there since the art was culled from the cover of Excalibur #11 (May, 2005).
Last, looking at File:ArchangelExcalibur.jpg and your upload there which you did at the same time as the "fix"...
- Uploading over an existing file should not be done to replace the image with an entirely different one. If it were a case of replacing the cropped image with one of the entire cover, it may have been reasonable. But you replaced it with an unrelated images.
- The fair use rationale must match the image. The FUR that is currently on the file page is accurate for the image Qilinmon originally uploaded, not the one you replaced it with. The FUR should have been edited to reflect the new image.
- The "Comments" section is pretty clear that you just copied the FUR when you uploaded. Since that image is not part of the cover of the comic, nor is it visually by the same artist, even if the file had been uploaded to a new page it would likely have been either dent to IfD or downed on the spot for having a false FUR.

Image copyright problem with File:GertandChase.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:GertandChase.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
- That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.
