OBSERVATION: I chose these two article passages since the topics are all related to my field of study which is my major, marketing. Furthermore, consumer behaviour and WOM seems very attractive to me that I am willing to learn more about it through online information and resources. First article consumer behaviour has information referenced to other relevant field of study like psychological terms that is informative to know the background of consumer behaviour. Second article is about word of mouth, an useful tool that business spread out their reputation as a marketing strategy as well. This articles is very focus on marketing area which appeals helpful information to the readers as well. I would say both of the articles are well referenced and easy to read through out the information since they split different explanations by using headlines or bold words. I am going to choose the Word of Mouth articles passage due to there should be more citation needed.

Among all the search tools of Google, Wikipedia, EBSCO and so on. I found that EBSCO is very reliable, it has the most relevant information that I am looking for. The article " How Males and Females Differ in Their Likelihood of Transmitting Negative Word of Mouth." discuss not only the NWOM but also other gender differnence when it comes to consumption image concern and image impairment. I found it is very interesting to read.
