Incognito Worldwide is an India-based digital agency providing white label services for agents in the U.S.A. South America, Europe, and Canada, and also serving clients directly in India. The company is a subsidiary of Intech Creative LLC., an American limited liability company organized in the state of Delaware in 2012.

According to an interview of Mr. Dugan (the Managing Member of Intech Creative LLC.) in Small Business Enterprise Magazine [1] he arrived in India in 2012 to pursue the development of Eventzpipeline with a local firm. When that vendor failed to get the project started, he met a befriended Sanjeev Aasoori and Nihanth Kandimalla at the local cafe he frequented everyday. Shortly thereafter they discovered that Mr. Dugan was pursuing technology projects, and he that they were software programmers. Sanjeev urged Mr. Dugan to hire him and his friends to build his project; Mr. Dugan did, and his expected 90 day stay was extended.
To sustain themselves, working from a cafe, Mr. Dugan began attracting clients in the U.S. that the team provided services for [2]. As the company grew Intech Creative LLC. incorporated Incognito Worldwide India Pvt. Ltd. as a subsidiary in India, with Mr. Dugan serving as Chairman & CEO and Rajeev Aasoori (Sanjeev’s twin brother) serving as Managing Director.
Early Stages edit
