Thadiwal is the eldest son of Ramsingh and Meena. Thadiwal's mother and father is belong to Rajasthan Hindu. His family celebrate all Hindu festivals such as Maha Shivaratri and Diwali. He has one brother, Rajendra Kumar.Thadiwal finished his schooling through M.B.D.A.V. Sr.Sec. School in New Delhi, Delhi, as did his younger brother Rajendra Kumar. Now is doing graduation from the SMU, Delhi.
