The SXM Futsal Association (SMFA) is the governing body of futsal in Sint Maarten.

League System

Seniors (Mens)

There are two divisions, the Super League (Div 1) and the Division League (Div 2) containing eight teams in each. At the beginning of every season there is a qualifying round which decides the league you will be part of that season. The teams are split into two groups of eight, the top four from each group qualify for the Super League and the bottom four for the Division League.

Veterans

The Veteran league's system has varied over the years. There is no set number of teams that can join. It is for players over the age of thirty five (35).

Youth

The youth league usually consists of no more than six teams. It has been an under-17 competition for the past few years, but recently became an under-13 competition. This is subject to change.
