Simerics is a general purpose computational physics software with a fully adaptive architecture. Simerics solves Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) problems with advanced multi-physics modules including:

  • fluid flow
  • turbulence
  • cavitation
  • heat transfer
  • species mixing/reaction

for a wide range of applications.


PumpLinx is a customized 3-D flow / cavitation simulation tool for pumps, motors and other fluid devices with rotating/sliding components.


Corporate history

The company was founded at the end of year 2005. The company was originally incorporated under the name SimuLinx, but changed its name to Simerics in August of 2007. The new name Simerics is a combination of Simulation and Numerics.
