Donna Scott Davenport
Donna Scott Davenport is (since 2000, and still as of 2021) the juvenile court judge in Rutherford County, Tennessee. She has achieved statewide, national and international notoriety for her actions in that role -- particularly for her exceptionally frequent and arbitrary incarcerations of children, including young children, for minor or non-existent offenses -- which have resulted in multiple class-action lawsuits and federal court rulings against her, and extensive national media attention.
