My name is Philippe Thibaut - Phil for friends !. Born 1960, Brussels Belgium. Former clerk in the belgian branch of a German Insurance company. Heavily disabled since 2002 ( it happens ! ), I do not work full-time anymore. I am french-speaking but speak also English, Flemish and German. Huge belgian fan of ARSENAL FC !
