Razaq Olayiwola, popularly known as Ojopagogo, is a Nigerian actor, film director, film producer, and musician, and husband to Moji Afolayan. He is popular for usually playing the role of an old man with a shaky voice in movies.

Early life and career

Razaq was born in Iseyin but is a native of Oyo town, both in Oyo State. He got the now popular stage nameOjopagogo during a stage play, Ola Abata, that had the presence of the late Alaafin of Oyo in 1986.

Personal life

He got married to Moji Afolayan, first daughter of the late Adeyemi Afolayan (Ade Love) in 2003, 3 years after the death of his first wife, Funmilayo Akanke Olayiwola; and they have four children.

Education

For his primary school education, Ojopagogo attended A.U.D. Primary School in Ebedi, Iseyin. He proceeded to Otu Community Grammar School and Anwar-ul Islam High School, both in Iseyin, for his secondary school education.

Film career

Ojopagogo started acting in 1983 and is set to celebrate his 40th year on stage in 2023.
