1. We promote Iraqi equality and unity amongst the different tribes, races, ethnicities, sects and religions. We are one people, one nationality and one united force to rebuild the ashes of our country into fountains of freedom, democracy and prosperity. Any sectarianism and racism shall not be tolerated.

2. The precious Mesopotamian history & heritage will be appreciated, protected and displayed to the Iraqi people. We will learn from its mistakes, develop its values, celebrate its achievements and further influence world history.

3. Protect the democracy and federal regions, its citizens, their demands, the constitution and independence of the republic.

4. Disarm any militia whom do not pledge allegiance to the constitution and the citizens of Iraq. The army, police and intelligence service will be under the service and command of the democratically elected government chosen by the Iraqi people.

5. Ban parties whom encourage violence or persecute any individual whom uses any force of power that violates human rights. Future invasions of any part of Iraq or any foreign influence for that matter on any particular political, ethnic or religious group shall not be tolerated and will be resisted. We demand the current multinational occupation to come with a timetable for their future plans regarding fighting terrorism and their final withdrawal from Iraq, if they don’t leave after any diplomatic or political agreement, it is the right of the Iraqi people and authority to end it by any means necessary.

6. Any private, religious and political media has the right to publish its information, though it is not allowed to publish any work that incites sectarianism, racism and blasphemy.

7. The Iraqi people shall have the right to join any party of choice, as long as it doesn’t preach violence or hatred. The parties whom follow the constitution shall have the freedom of existing, gathering, demonstrating and entering elections.

8. Protect the core of our nation; the students, farmers and workers. Give them as many benefits as possible to develop and prosper.

9. Embrace the moral values of religion, respect the peoples need for spirituality and give them their right to fallow their traditions.
