Draft article moved to Incubator edit
Following a useful suggestion from Robert Horning (talk), I have moved the draft article that was here into the Article Incubator. It is now at:
There it is likely to get attention and help from a wider spectrum of Wikipedia editors and, to quote Robert, this move also "gets rid of the negative view that this article is deleted and not wanted on Wikipedia"; rather it is waiting for improvement, and for its subject to become notable before being moved back to the main encyclopedia.
