Afrihost is major consumer ISP in South Africa founded in Johannesburg in August 2000.[1] While a late comer to the ADSL market, it quickly became a price leader offering aggressive deals upon entry in 2009. [2]
History
editAfrihost was founded in 2000 by Gian Visser, Brendan Armstrong and Peter Meintjes. In 2005 Greg Payne, an ex Director from Internet Solutions joined the company.
