Portal:Corruption edit

Both portals were created on 16 February 2019 by Mr. Guye. The second portal is built almost entirely off of Template:Fraud. While Portal:Corruption was able to receive more than a single edit, the way it is set up makes it effectively useless. It's built off of Template:Corruption, Template:Political corruption sidebar, and Template:Sports Corruption Scandals among other things. While the DYK and ITN sections could/may be useful, the portal has a whole is unusable since it as whole speaks of corruption in general. Without human curation, none of the content is editorialized and able to build off itself. It can serve no purpose otherwise.
