My name is Israfel (yes, really), but feel free to refer to me as Izzy or Issy. I share the name Israfel with an angel who is the subject of both a poem by Edgar Allan Poe, as well as the topic of an entire book by Arthur Edward Waite.
I am a paranormal and occult expert, as well as a linguist. I hold a degree in Web Technologies and Internet Security, however, I am starting back to university in the fall of 2012 to pursue a doctorate in Ancient Languages, which includes codicology and philology, with a minor in Medieval Studies. For now, know that I am a very fast learner, I adore learning, and it takes up most of my time. I deeply enjoy contributing to Wikipedia.
