The Path of 100 Towers consists of eight large roads which are quite challenging due to the differences presented by the different heights and the torrid climate of Sardinia.

Street of Angels The "Street of Angels" represents the first part of the path, for a total length of 62.4 kilometers; the departure is scheduled under the "Tower of Quarta Regia" (also known as "Tower of Sa Scafa"), while the arrival point is located in Villasimius. The street takes its name from the Gulf of Angels, where a legend says that at the time of Creation some angels asked God a portion of land as a gift, in response God gave them a place, called "The Gulf of Cagliari", where men loved and respected each other living happily. The path runs along the city port of the Su Siccu's fishermen and continues along the city beach of Poetto, which extends for about eight kilometers to the "Margine Rosso" area, in the municipality of Quartù Saint Elena. The Street of Angels is one of the shortest roads of the journey, but, nevertheless, it is not free from difficulties along the way, in fact, it may present obstacles such as crossroads and crosswalks.

Street Sarcapos The second road of the Path is called "Street Sarcapos", which extends only for 143 kilometers along the coast of Sarrabus, including the municipalities of Castiadas, Muravera, San Vito, Villaputzu, and Villasimius. This walk includes the "Quirra jump", an historical region of Sardinia, mountain peaks such as the Massif of the "Sette Fratelli" (1,023m), and that of Cardiga (676m), which reach the sea and enrich the landscape with steep slopes, beaches, and small alluvial plains. The main characteristic of this street is the presence of the "Flumendosa", the principal river of Sarrabus. This river has a crystal, clear water and is covered with dense vegetation in which the scents of strawberry tree, holm oaks, myrtle, mastic, oaks mix generating intense fragrances.

Street Ogliastra The "Street Ogliastra" is the third one and is perhaps the most arduous of the 100 Towers Walk. The route alternates between world-famous coves, such as Cala Goloritzé, Cala Sisine, Cala Luna and Cala Gonone, that are cliffs, caves to discover, and unique vegetation, through winding paths and fresh pine forests, mammoth arches, centuries-old holm oak woods and old sheepfolds. The itinerary includes as a starting point Tertenia, passing through Sa Pedra Istampada and the port of Arbatax, from which it begins the gradual climb towards Golgo, located in the municipality of Baunei. With a total length of 144 kilometers, this route is considered one of the most hard from a technical point of view, but remains the most rewarding from a visual point of view. Its difficulties are due to the lack of asphalt and accommodation facilities, but the main difficulty is the lack of water, since water sources are rare, and the few refreshment points along the route are operational only for few months during the year.

Street Gallura The fourth street of the walk is the "Street Gallura", which is characterized by an articulated and jagged path that winds through narrow and long inlets and granite rocks. It extends from the river Coghinas that delimits it to the west, to the massif of Mount Nieddu to the southeast, in the municipalities of San Teodoro and Budoni. The coast of this road is fronted by numerous islands, including Tavolara and those of the Maddalena archipelago, which make Gallura one of the most famous famous destinations in Sardinia. The main problems of this walk are the difficulty in finding beaches indicated by the itinerary and the high presence of private lands.

Street Catalana The "Street Catalana" is the fifth of the Path of 100 Towers and with its 238 kilometers is one of the longest stretches to travel on the Walk. The route is characterized by wide beaches and villages of medieval origin of historical and artistic importance such as Castelsardo, Alghero, and Bosa. This road starts from Castelsardo, a charming village overlooking the Gulf of Asinara.

The path winds through a succession of rocky coasts with small coves, with the exception of the beach of Lu Bagnu. The duration of this walk, which is about two weeks, remains an important and difficult aspect; some difficulties that it presents are in fact linked to reaching the island of Asinara.

Street of the Giants The sixth street is called "Street of the Giants", a path along the coast that goes from the ancient Cornus, an old city-state of Sardinia, founded in the last quarter of the 6th century BC, passing through Tharros, an archeological site of Phoenician origin in the province of Oristano, located in the municipality of Cabras, arriving in Neapolis, or New City, an ancient city in Sardinia, one of the most important places on the island.

Street of the Mines The seventh street of the Path of 100 Towers is the "Street of the Mines", the one that crosses the southwest coast of Sardinia. It crosses the first Geomining Park recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The name of the street derives from the history of the miners and the workers whose struggles found a home in Buggerru, called "Petit Paris" or "little Paris", as the mining managers who had moved to the mining village with their respective families had recreated a certain cultural environment. While on the other side there were the miners who worked in inhumane conditions, underpaid and forced to work grueling shifts, often victims of fatal accidents at work; these were organized in the Federation of Miners.
