Vangallu Kodandarama Reddy (V K Reddi/Reddy) was an Indian Freedom Fighter hailing from the district of Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. He participated in many movements during the freedom struggle, like Civil Disobedience and Quit India, for which he was imprisoned in Bellary and Nellore jails. He suffered for the country and, more than anything else, he was interested in public life.

V Kodandarama Reddy entered public life at a very young age. He served as President, Nellore Taluk Board, South Nellore District Board, Combined Nellore District Board and Nellore Land Mortgage Bank. He was member of All India Congress Committee and Andhra Provincial Congress Committee. He was a Member of the Constituent Assembly of India and Member of Parliament of the Provisional Parliament of India.[1]

During his term as MP of the Provisional Parliament, he played a very active role. He was a member of the Select Committees for The Trade Union Bill,1950 and The Air Force Bill,1949. [2]
