There seems to be a vandal(s) going around inserting references to a few different things:

• The Varian v. Delfino case
• The Delfino v. Moore case
• Negatively mention Varian Medical Systems in as many places as possible, especially with regard to filming in restrooms
• Negatively mention Agilent in as many places as possible, especially in reference to employing Moore from the above mentioned case.
• Push references to SLAPP
• Push references to Tory v. Cochran
• Push the book Be Careful Who You SLAPP, especially a link to mobeta.com, the publisher's site.

It appears that this vandal(s) could be involved in the case personally. Most of the IPs are from the San Francisco area.
