A little information for perspective and disclosure. I am currently a resident of Dearborn, Michigan, USA. I am somewhat politically active now, though I have been very active in the past. I have been to Washington D.C. for marches and for pleasure. I worked for a few years with MECAWI, been Martin Luther King Jr.'s right hand in the MLK Day March, spent an enlightening night on the streets of the D for Camp Casey Detroit and attempted to start up an activist group to support and foster ethical journalism in the Mainstream media.
I listen to Democracy Now almost every day and Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting every weekend. I have great respect for Helen Thomas, Amy Goodman and Noam Chomsky.
