About me

edit

Contributor to multiple projects, primarily Wikidata and OpenStreetMap, though only when I feel my contributions are helpful or important. I sometimes edit Wikipedia when I see something that needs updating based on recent events, but my passion is fixing issues with WP:NPOV. I pride myself on my ability to stay completely neutral and ignore personal bias, and will always believe in the principles they used to teach in J-school before journalistic activism took over. I will absolutely not attempt to edit or discuss anything political on the Internet - activists far outnumber those with neutral points of view.

I'm currently a technology strategy consultant to C-Suite execs at Fortune Global 500 companies. I do not spend time on PowerPoint or sit in endless meetings - I have confidential personal conversations with CxO's to help them make decisions about critical corporate technology strategy and purchasing decisions.

I was previously a technology strategy executive at Microsoft, former head of IT risk management at a Big Four accounting and professional services firm, and various and sundry other responsibilites at companies in the US and Europe.
