Comment: Normally I would have no issue with blocking this, but you added a username warning template to their talk page and they've not edited since, so we're kind of stuck unless and until they return. - Perhaps we should refine the policy in the case of people who are not "super famous". As it reads now this is totally blockable, but I don't really have any reason to not believe them.
